I’ve been interested in fitness and nutrition for many years, so I was already familiar with most of the important concepts related to weight loss – like creating a calorie deficit, and boosting my metabolism.
The problem is that I like to eat, and sometimes get carried away with it. And, I’ve been really lazy about going to the gym the past few years, so that pounds have been piling on… What I’m trying to say here is that I understand a lot about dieting and nutrition – I just haven’t been putting it into action.
Anyhow – in the following review I’ll go over what comes with the Flat Belly Overnight system, and share my opinion on how it stacks up against other programs that I’ve tried and/or reviewed over the years.

Inside you get the exact protocol Andrew recommends using before going to sleep at night in order to both speed up your body’s metabolism while simultaneously helping you to totally relax for an exceptionally deep and revitalizing night’s sleep. This is also where Andrew tells you about these special herbs that you can add to your tea to help reduce toxins which he asserts can cause your body to hold on to fat fat cells and interfere with your ability to burn them off
You also get the details on exactly what types of food you can eat in order to as Andrew says “ignite your metabolism”!
Next up are the “Flat Belly Overnight 3 Minute Belly Flattening Sequences” – Theses are short little three minute exercise sequences Andrew designed to help you to properly activate your core (abs etc..) muscles, which should help you tone up your midsection. The cool thing about these is that they are easy to do and you can actually do most of them lying on your back. These sequences also have you engaging in a something called a “diaphragmatic breathing rhythm” which apparently can be useful for getting more oxygen in your cells. These sequences are also used to help you to de-stress which it crucial for reducing Cortisol – the so-called stress hormone or “fat-storage hormone”… (cortisol is bad stuff!)
These are sequences that I’ve never seen before and Andrew says that they are way underutilized in the weight loss industry, so it kind of makes sense that most people have never heard of them.
The Detox Formula…
The final component is the “Flat Belly Overnight Detox Formula” where Andrew shows you methods for flushing harmful toxins out of your body. Personally i find thsi part really interesting because I’m kind of paranoid about toxins and want to do everything I can to limit my exposure to them. This module provide some truly cutting edge information on specific spices and herbs you can add to your foods and tea, that have been shown to reduce inflammation and fat-storing toxins.
There is also some really interesting info on specific food combinations that can aparently help to cleanse your body of free radicals and harmful waste that you may have “lurking” around inside your body!
PROS & CONS:
PRO #1 – Super Simple & Easy To Follow.
This is the #1 reason that I’m recommending this program. There is NO calorie counting, and there are no extreme workouts. You get to eat carbs, and fat, and so forth which I think is super helpful because it allows people to stay on the program and actually get to see results!*

Furthermore, Andrews methods are also all based on scientific research and his own experience coaching clients, so there is a great deal of evidence behind that specific methods he is teaching in this program.

As I mentioned I’ve been interested in fitness and weight loss for a long time, and I like to think that I am up on most of the recent research that has come out on the best methods for burning fat. That said this program is a real treasure trove of little known tips and the latest tricks for burning fat and getting a tight mid section that you likely have never seen before anywhere else.
CON #1 – “Overnight” Results May Disappoint. To be clear, this program does not guarantee or even claim that you are going to wake up tomorrow having completely lost all of your belly fat.
Instead, the idea is that you use this program at night before bed to tighten up your mid section while you are sleeping. The protocol and detox information if used correctly are intended to tone your belly area, rev up your metabolism, clear toxins, and reduce stress so that your body’s fat loss hormones kick into gear. Really this should be obvious, but unfortunately there are some people who may not understand…
Obviously being overweight is a huge problem that a large percentage of the population deals with, including myself.
